Member guide

Feed, following athletes, reactions, streaks, achievements and notifications.

Joining a challenge+

Someone from the group shares an invite link or code. Tapping the link lands you straight on the challenge screen ("You've been called up!") and you join in under a minute.

You can also join manually by entering the invite code in the join a challenge option.

How the feed works+

The feed gathers check-ins from your group members and from athletes you follow. You can react, comment and mention friends with @.

At the top of the feed you'll find everyone's 24h stories.

Reactions and mentions+

There's a palette of 12 reactions to support (or roast) your friends on each check-in.

In comments you can mention another athlete with @ — they get a notification about the mention.

Following other athletes+

Following is for keeping up with athletes outside your challenges: check-ins from people you follow start showing up on your main feed.

You don't need to follow your group members — their check-ins already show up automatically.

Streaks and achievements+

Your streak is your run of training days. If you break it, it resets, but every achievement you've unlocked is yours forever.

You unlock medals automatically by hitting milestones: streaks, workout counts, workout times (like early-morning sessions) and group goals.

Notifications and alerts+

The Alerts tab gathers reactions, comments, mentions, invites and the weekly and monthly recaps.

You choose what to keep up with in the notification settings.

Reporting or blocking someone+

If someone is bothering you, you can report and block any athlete straight from their profile or the feed.

Blocked users can no longer see or interact with you.
