Check-in guide

Log workouts, photos, exercises, PRs, routines and stories.

Making a check-in+

Logged it, counted it. Tap check in to mark your workout in seconds.

A single check-in counts for all your groups at once and shows up on the feed instantly.

What counts as a workout+

Lifting, running, crossfit, home workouts, martial arts, cycling — any activity counts as a check-in.

Each workout type has its own metrics, so you log what makes sense for the activity.

Adding a photo to your check-in+

You can attach a photo to your check-in to prove (and show off) that you trained.

The photo appears on your check-in inside your groups' feed.

Logging exercises and sets+

You can detail your check-in with activities, sets, weights and distances, using an exercise catalog with metrics per workout type.

The more complete the log, the better the app tracks your progress.

Personal records (PRs)+

When you log workouts with weights and times, the app detects and stores your personal records automatically.

Your PRs are saved so you can track your progress over time.

Saving a workout as a routine+

After a check-in you can save it as a routine and reuse it with one tap on your next workouts.

Saved routines show up as shortcuts when you build a new check-in.

Posting a story+

Stories are photos and videos of your workout that stay up for 24 hours in the bar at the top of the feed.

They're perfect for showing today's workout without becoming a permanent post.
